Elderflower Punch

- 100ml cider brandy
- 200ml good apple juice
- 800ml still lemonade
- 50ml elderflower cordial – you can play with this to get the strength you like
- A tray of ice cubes
- A slice of lemon and a sprig of mint to garnish
- Ease the ice cubes out of their tray and place them gently into a large serving jug.
- Pour the brandy, apple juice and elderflower cordial over the ice and top up with the lemonade.
- Stir everything together and garnish with the lemon and mint.
- Serve immediately or leave to chill in the fridge for later.
