Tiramisù, the creamy perfect dessert

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 table spoons sugar
  • 300g mascarpone cheese
  • 3 small cups cold decaffeinated coffee
  • 6 Ladyfingers
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • cocoa powder
  1. Beat the egg yolks and  sugar combination until its well blended.
  2. Place the  mascarpone into yolk mixture and beat it until it’s smooth.
  3. Beat the egg whites very firmly
  4. Thirdly gently egg whites into the mascarpone/egg/sugar cream
  5. Sprinkle ladyfinger in crumbs
  6. Place ⅓ of ladyfingers crumb in the bottom of the glasses
  7. Pour cold coffee with a spoon on top of the crumbs
  8. Spread half of mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers
  9. Sprinkle ⅓ of ladyfingers crumb and chocolate flakes
  10. Spread the remaining cream
  11. Refrigerate for at  least 1 hour.
  12. before serving sprinkle the dessert with ladyfingers crumb, chocolate flakes and cocoa powder
