There are two kinds of fruits that my three years old daughter loves to eat: cranberries and sour cherries. One very popular dish in Hungary is Sour Cherry Soup – typically served cold in the summer and in winter, I use canned sour cherry and serve at room temperature. Try this recipe, I find it’s really easy and so delicious.
If you’re looking for a more hearty soup, you could also try this Pumpkin Soup recipe - perfect for cold, rainy days.Â

I love trying new dishes from all over the world!
Me too. Have you ever eaten Hungarian food before?
I love cherries, and never would have thought of making soup out of them until now. What a novel idea… I must give it a try.
Did you try it? Please, let me know.
